I'm an entrepreneur who started an executive search firm four years ago in Los Angeles. Since 1995, I've been working in executive search and created an innovative approach for placing and coaching candidates with employers. Concurrently, I have changed the expectations of employers as a result of my unique method. I wrote a book, WIN Without Competing! (www.winwithoutcompeting.com/) , to share my Right Fit Method with candidates, employees, entrepreneurs, and employers. I'm delighted to report that my book was recently published. I wrote the book to leave the legacy of my Right Fit Method to the readers. I look forward to hearing from you about any career questions that you might have.

I hold a PhD in education, with distinction, from UCLA, for my doctoral dissertation on creativity in screen writers.



The Right Fit Legacy: How Do You Want to be Remembered? Work…work…work! We weave in our personal lives in the frantic attempt to balance both. For some their personal life is the driving force and work is secondary. Whatever your particular situation is ask yourself, "Have I set aside time to think about that which is not a duty or responsibility?" "Am I managing the process to do that which needs to be done so that I have time to reflect?" To experience the ultimate feeling of fulfillment you need to balance yourself so that the energy you expend reflects how you perceive your professional and personal life. I decided that my legacy is the method I created and manicured since 1995, the Right Fit Method, which teaches a new mindset that can change your life and how you interact with others.
